First lets understand the meaning and importance of highlighted word ‘WOMEN’ - A Women is one of the most beautiful phenomena in the world , she can not be compared with anyone because femine is more powerful than masculine , the soft is more powerful than the hard .  Whatever you give a women she is going to multiply If you give her a house she will give you a home , If you give her a smile she will give you her heart , she multiplies and enlarge what is given to her .

What is women empowerment? Women empowerment refers to the ability for women to enjoy their right to control and benefit from the resources, assets, income and their own time, as well as the ability to manage risk  and improve their economic status and well being.

There are also various marketing campaign which is popular on social media empowering women and showing the strength and power of women .

But on the other side there are also some  voices raised which supports demotivate womens .There are many voices which is raised for ( save girl child , girls who become victim of rape and murder etc ) .
Lets understand one of these issue lets take #MeToo campaign ,   Right now it becomes the one of the most important topic for discussion on social media, social sites and everywhere. Hearing the independent women’s voice and helping the women to ensure that their voices are heard has given rise to #MeToo Campaign, NGOs coming forward to safeguard against the women’s emotion abuse.
In October 2017, Alyssa Milano asked the women of Twitter to write ‘#MeToo’ if they had ever been sexually harassed or assaulted. Within days, tens of thousands of women had responded. Within weeks, one of the most powerful men on the planet was toppled and industries from entertainment to politics were given a shake-up. One lone voice became a shared voice, which became a rally cry. “Time’s up,” called Oprah from her Golden Globes podium and across the world, there was a powerful feeling she could be right.
